LAKELAND COLLEGE, a liberal arts institution located in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, midway between Milwaukee and Green Bay, seeks qualified candidates for a Graduate Assistant position in our Cross Country/Track & Field program starting in 2013. Responsibilities include assisting the New Head coach in all facets of the program, primarily recruiting. Other task; include coaching, administrative tasks and off-season program development.
 
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, graduate school admission, strong Track & Field background focusing on distance, Cross Country and/or coaching/recruiting background.
