Senior Flavor Chemist

Job Description
Northwestern Extract a 100 year old Wisconsin based food and beverage flavor manufacturer is seeking a Senior Flavorist to add to the team. The ideal candidate will not only be a strong independent worker but has the qualities of an excellent team player and communicator. This individual will able to thrive within a small family-owned business setting.
Job duties include:
-Developing and duplicating sweet flavors for food and beverage applications
-Evaluating and sourcing raw materials
-Mentoring a flavor trainee
-Preparing and shipping samples
-Collaborating with customers and sales people
-Advising operations for product scale up
Education and Background
-Must be a Certified Flavorist of the Society of Flavor Chemists with a minimum of 10 years experience
