We are currently seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to perform a variety of loan servicing functions for commercial loan servicing and closings.

Essential Duties

• Process commercial loan payments, advances and pay downs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot commercial loan transactions.
• Reconcile commercial general ledger accounts.
• Respond to commercial loan maintenance tickers, i.e., loan maturities, renewals and UCCs.
• Book/enter new commercial and consumer loans onto the loan accounting system, including government guarantied credit facilities.
• Coordinate and complete the funding of new loans.
• Prepare and maintain loan files for all bank offices.
• File documents and reports with governmental agencies along with the remittance of funds as required.
• Issue requests for and track receipt of all ongoing loan-related documentation in nCino.
• Review of closing documents, final title and security filings for correctness.
• Use third party services such as InfoPro, CT Lien/Unisearch and RiskId to obtain and record customer information.
• Cross-train in the loan processing and documentation functions, and enhance existing banking skills to expand the role of this position. This may include the preparation of lending documentation for commercial, real estate and consumer loans.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of loan servicing experience.
• A minimum of two (2) years experience with commercial loan documentation.
• Working knowledge of applicable loan regulations, familiarity with mortgage title commitments.
• Familiarity with Fiserve Navigator or Fiserve Signature is a plus.
• A strong commitment to providing a high level of customer service.
