- Maintenance Technician (FT)
- Leasing Agent (PT & FT)
Notes & Requirements:
Maintenance Technician:
- Need to have experience working in the apartment industry.
- Have HVAC knowledge, electrical, plumbing, basic pool maintenance and prior property management experience is a plus.
- Must have excellent communication skills, high energy and knowledge of skilled trades.
- FT. Must be available to work on call, Saturdays.
- Valid drivers’ license.

For Leasing Agent:
- Have great customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
