Frank Hynes is vice president/talent acquisition for Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. He has over 28 years’ experience in financial services in a variety of field sales and service leadership roles, including nearly ten years in Human Resources leading training and talent acquisition.

Frank has been with Schwab since 1999, when he joined the firm as midwest regional vice president for the retail branch network, overseeing all branch office operations throughout the midwest territory. In his current role as head of talent acquisition, he is responsible for leading all aspects of employee recruiting including the planning and execution of sourcing and selection needs and the development of a team of Talent Advisors who support Schwab business partners. He additionally oversees the regulatory reporting process, employment brand development and facilitates strategic workforce planning firm-wide.

Prior to joining Schwab, Frank spent 13 years at Citigroup in various roles, including branch manager, vice president of mortgage sales and senior vice president of service quality.
