Eager to get back in a traditional restaurant atmosphere, Eric Kaye became the General Manager of 8-Twelve MVP Bar & Grill in Brookfield, WI. In 2009, he was afforded the opportunity to launch Spin Milwaukee as Director of Operations. Eric has also worked as an Assistant GM for Mason St. Grill for the Marcus Corporation. Later, he then accepted the position of GM at Carnevor, a part of the SURG Restaurant Group. Eric has lived in New York and Minneapolis as well.
