TMS Service, Inc. started in 1988 by, then owner, Jerry Schmitz. Armed with only an overloaded pickup truck filled with tools, Jerry worked hard to make TMS a reputable name and HVAC experts in the Milwaukee area. In 2002, current owner, Todd Kisch started working for TMS. With over 8 years of residential service and installation knowledge under his belt, Todd worked closely with Jerry, learning the ins and outs of the industry. Todd understands the needs and systems in many of the commercial properties in the Third Ward. With that in mind, Todd decided to take over the company when Jerry retired in 2015.
