Company Overview

Founded in 1990 in Green Bay, WI, the Paper Transport, Inc. (PTI) family has grown from one owner-operator to over 600 truck drivers operating over 600 power units with a focus on regional truckload service, dedicated operations, and intermodal service. We haul paper, consumer products, and much more these days by providing trucking solutions out of Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Florida, Georgia, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Today, we're experiencing explosive growth. Word is getting out about how well we look after our employees and we're no longer the best kept secret of the Midwest and Southeast. We've been growing on average 18% each year for the last 6 years - adding over 20 office jobs and over 100 driver positions in 2015 alone.

We attribute this to our shared values:
  • People
  • Safety

It’s the question we ask to every employee and every customer. It’s not just what you do, it’s why you do it. At Paper Transport, Inc., we know each and every customer’s challenge is unique. Our employees are no different. Each is motivated by something totally unique to them – and we help people get where they’re going.

When employees join PTI, they know they’re on a professional career track, and work with them to accomplish their career goals. Whether it’s providing a solid living for your family or getting a route that gets you home on you schedule, we will work to understand what drives you.

Whatever your goal, challenge, or request, we will rise to it. Whether you’re a professional driver or a satisfied customer, we know you’re going somewhere. And we’ll help you get there.

Safety starts with your personal commitment. Experience and training will only get you so far – it’s your commitment to safety that will get you and everyone around you home safely. Our actions to be safe:
  • Be safety champions – we all have an obligation to help each other by calling out and correcting unsafe acts or conditions.
  • Improve the safety knowledge of all employees through daily, monthly, and quarterly training.
  • Build a safer company, truck, and driver as well as build safer operating conditions by seeking input from all employees and industry experts.
