Guardian Credit Union (GCU) is a not-for-profit, member-owned financial cooperative dedicated to serving as our members' primary financial institution by providing superior, comprehensive, courteous and prompt service. Founded in 1934, Guardian Credit Union is a growing, full-service financial institution, serving over 34,000 members.
GCU serves all financial needs of a household through savings accounts, kids’ accounts, checking accounts, health savings accounts, mortgages, home equity loans, credit cards, CD's, individual retirement accounts and more.
Members are served through branch offices in Oak Creek, Waukesha, West Allis, West Milwaukee, South Milwaukee, and Menomonee Falls as well as through ATM's, the Guardian Line (24 hour telephone) and online banking. We also offer additional services to help make financial matters more convenient, such as ATM/check cards, electronic bill payment, an extensive ATM network and use of CU Shared Service Centers with expanded office hours.
