Company Overview
T. Wall Enterprises is a locally owned and operated multi-family development company in the greater Madison, Wisconsin area. Our young organization has developed and managed 117 luxury apartments over the past two years. Currently, we have two buildings under construction, which are scheduled to open an additional 101 luxury apartments in the Summer of 2013.
We are dedicated to providing quality housing and the best maintenance services to all of our residents. Our management team strives to respond to tenant concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Future Plans
We are a rapidly expanding organization. Our goal is to develop 150-250 multi-family units per year, with 2,000 apartment units in the next 10 years. We are also expected to expand into the Green Bay, Wisconsin area in the Summer of 2013.
