Founded in 1901, MRA is a nonprofit employer association that serves more than 4,000 employers, covering more than one million employees worldwide.

MRA is a nonprofit trade association (501(c) 6). It was founded more than 115 years ago by 23 business leaders who were convinced of the advantages of a united approach to solving business challenges and improving employer-employee relations.
