Established in 1975 by Claudio Pelc, Calumet Auto Parts is a family-owned and -operated auto recycler. Initially it was a one-man operation, working out of a trailer. Business grew rapidly and the trailer was replaced in 1976 with a 3,000 square-foot office and warehouse building. By 1981, a second building was necessary. This 8,000 square-foot building housed a 2,000 square-foot office and sales area and a 6,000 square-foot warehouse. As business continued to grow, Calumet Auto Parts continued to expand and in 1992, a 4,800 square-foot, four-story building was added to meet the demand. Claudio attributes this fast growth to “making customer satisfaction our top priority”. Currently, our 15 loyal, knowledgeable and dedicated employees are ready to serve you with all your recycled auto parts needs.

Our loyal and dedicated staff has propelled Calumet Auto Parts, to become a prominent used auto parts provider. We have achieved the Gold Seal certification for customer service from the Automotive Recyclers Association (ARA). We remain the only auto recycler in Milwaukee to meet these high standards.

Calumet Auto Parts specializes in domestic, foreign and light-duty trucks, mostly from five to ten years old. However, we also have an excellent assortment of newer and older vehicles as well. Our computerized yard management system helps to efficiently locate millions of parts in our inventory and nationwide.

Our inventory is generally composed of late-model vehicles (five to ten years old). We also specialize in domestic, foreign, light-duty trucks and SUVs. In our five-acre yard, we store hundreds of vehicles. Our computerized yard management system enables us to provide you with fast and accurate information on millions of parts. Many of these parts are on the shelves ready for delivery. We also offer free nationwide locating service for the hard-to-find parts. We have daily UPS, Spee Dee and other common carriers for prompt shipment to your home or business.
