Sussex IM is a custom injection molder specializing in consumer packaging, medical parts, and industrial components.

With over 70 injection molding machines ranging in size from 25 to 725 tons, Sussex IM processes more than 100 grades of resin, from polyolefins to engineering grade thermoplastics.

On-machine robots for part removal and insert molding, automated decorating and assembly equipment, cell manufacturing, statistical process control, a well-lit climate-controlled environment, and ISO 9001 certification all contribute to the value added by Sussex IM.
