Germantown Mutual Insurance Company has been proudly insuring Wisconsin residents and businesses since 1854. As the oldest insurance company in the state of Wisconsin, GMIC has enjoyed steady growth in lines of business offered, number of agency and agent partnerships, and financial strength. We offer homeowners, renters, businessowners, umbrella, farmowners, and auto insurance. We partner with over 300 independent agencies in order to offer our products throughout the states of Wisconsin and Utah. Through several acquisitions over the years and slow and steady growth, GMIC has grown from a $5 million company in 1993 to close to $60 million in Written Premium in 2018.
