Compliant Pharmacy Alliance (CPA®) is a member-owned independent pharmacy purchasing cooperative celebrating 25 years in business.  We provide member support services, contract negotiation and management, pharmacy industry education and general administrative functions for 2,100+ independent retail pharmacies across the US.

CPA®’s primary goals are to keep independent pharmacy owners in business, to assist in serving their local communities and to help them take care of their patients in those communities.  We do that through group purchasing power, customer service, new product offerings and our proprietary technology solutions.
