 Valley Insurance Associates, Inc. is a successful, locally owned independent insurance agency with offices in Appleton, Oshkosh, Green Bay and Kaukauna. Growth is on the horizon, and we need to add an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive (Producer) to keep pace with that growth! This full-time sales position requires the following job duties:

•  Identify and solicit sales prospects from various sources provided by the agency
• Solicit referrals from existing agency accounts
• Obtain prospects’ information for evaluating and providing proposals for markets
• Assist in resolving any issues in loss control or claims
• Coordinate timely presentations for new business

Preferred candidates will be licensed in Property & Casualty and have a minimum of three 1-3 years experience in a similar role.  The successful candidate will be a self-starter, career-minded individual who is highly responsive to the needs of clients and knowledgeable regarding insurance carriers and all forms of commercial insurance coverage.  The ability to develop and maintain positive relationships and rapport with prospects, clients, and team members and strong verbal/written communication skills for prospecting and making client presentations are equally important skills for this position.  The preferred candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, however a post high school education is preferred.  A valid driver's license is required.
