Safe Food Resources is a Brookfield, WI based training and consulting firm who serves food manufacturers throughout the midwest. The company uses education and experience to work with food industry companies in the development and implementation of food safety and quality programs. Our company goals include contributing to the eradication of food borne illness in the United States and beyond.

Safe Food Resources was founded in 2011 by Vicky Waskiewicz who began the business with the idea of helping to improve how food manufacturers conduct business through a food safety perspective. She leads the charge to educate the front lines in food safety directives and has molded Safe Food Resources processes around this education initiative.
