We're a small, home business that have built Blaeser Design & Construction on over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction.  For the past 8 years, we've been actively engaged in helping clients with their construction and renovation needs in both the residential and commercial markets.

We believe in environmentally friendly design, or EFD.  True EFD responds not just to the surrounding natural environment, but to the urban and human environment as well - taking into account culturally and historically significant moments to the site and individuals who will utilize the space.  EFD isn't about the latest high-tech advancements, it's about utilizing smart and efficient design that saves users money, and the environment from harmful pollution.
 
For example, Chinese inhabitants of Shaanxi have employed the use of earthen cave dwellings for centuries.  The climate in which they inhabit is arid and hot all year round, and yet the interiors of their homes remain a comfortable 25 degrees Celsius (77F) just by taking advantage of basic principles of thermodynamics.
