Our school was founded in 1990, and over the past 18 years has developed one of the industry’s most effective swim curriculums. Our easy registration, flexible class times, small class sizes, warm water, and professional, certified staff have made learning to swim a blast for over 30,000 students.

Experienced teachers and an outstanding training system ensure a winning combination. SwimWest’s systemized approach to aquatic education has been one of the keys to our success. We strongly believe in acknowledging the children’s accomplishments, and have developed an award winning series of special certificates to reward each child’s achievements as they progress through each level.

All members of our team are carefully chosen based on a variety of attributes, including friendliness, dedication, enthusiasm, patience, and capability. Each team member brings a unique but complementary style of interaction and education to parents, children, or training, while maintaining the standards and quality of our proven methodology. All members of the staff belong to the United States Swim School Association (USSSA), a professional organization of swimming teachers and business owners in the United States and abroad.

Our mission is to provide children with the best aquatic experience, and to educate their parents about water safety and the aquatic learning process. Our goal is to teach infants, toddlers, and young children to swim in a positive, safe, and nurturing environment. We strive to develop each child’s self-esteem, confidence, and love for the water. As professional swim instructors, we believe that creating happy swimmers is a gift that will last a lifetime.
