Since opening our doors in January 1900, Skaalen Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has been providing quality care to the elderly of Stoughton and surrounding communities. We have a 110-bed skilled nursing facility with 25 rehabilitation suites.  We also have a 40-bed assisted living section and a new CBRF Memory Care unit called Magnolia Gardens.  In the Spring of 2018 we are opening Skaalen Heights, a 33-unit Residential Care Apartment Complex.  We are continually adding and updating the services provided to meet the needs of a changing community.
