Metalcut Products Inc., established in 1965, is a high quality Milwaukee machine shop located in South Milwaukee, WI. A tour through the current Metalcut facilities would show a state-of-the-art array of CNC milling and turning equipment. Over the years we've established ourselves as a premier provider of component machining utilizing Palletech FMS’s and Standalone Machining centers, and CNC lathes. We have established a number of work cells with capabilities and capacities derived from our studies of typical customer requirements. We have partnered with large OEM's to whom we provide timely service and outstanding quality at a fair price. While it may be a `given', Metalcut is often recognized by our customers for the level of exceptional quality we provide beyond expectation. Metalcut offers turnkey subcontract machining. For those operations that we do not provide internally we have longstanding and reliable relationships with area vendors of heat treating, plating, finishing, gear hobbing, honing, etc. Metalcut has developed an enviable list of OEM's to whom we are valuable suppliers. And we continue to add respected companies to our list of satisfied customers.
