General computer knowledge of office / excel / outlook, we will train on our ERP system which is Business Central by Microsoft.
The main duties will be taking over the return goods (issuing RMA, evaluating product (this will take time so we will train to determine what is warranty) issue a credit or debit and work with accounting, inside sales, customer service is the other half along with other various duties. Smaller office so we all have a lot of “hats” but basically, he/she will be working with other people on returns, sales, credits, customer service so good phone skills and communication are necessary.
2 weeks’ vacation after 12 months
Company pays 70% of individual health care, 401K with 3% Safe Harbor which is basically we donate 3% of total salary/ wage into your 401K in March for the previous year total.
