Manage internal communications and serve as a creative partner to support the Wisconsin School of Business' strategic and growth objectives. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal partners to launch highly effective communications and employee engagement plans. By architecting internal communications, you'll enable inter-connectivity and ensure alignment. Plan, edit, and write content for internal communication channels including an intranet platform, newsletter, speeches, video, and other creative assets. Advocate for a large employee group, implement and measure effectiveness of new strategies, and work with an internal marketing and communication team of experts.

Bachelor's Degree
Required:
- Three to Five years of experience leveraging communication strategies to build community
- Experience writing marketing and educational communications for internal audiences
- Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills
- Knowledge of digital communication platforms and publishing tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
Preferred:
- Experience measuring and reporting on communication performance
- Demonstrated experience developing strategic partnerships across an organization
- Experience advising executives, leadership teams, and internal partners on executive-level messaging, change management communications, employee engagement and strategic campaigns.
- Experience with a range of internal communication channels, including intranet, email, video/webinar.

This position may require some work to be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location. Some work may be performed remotely, at an offsite, non-campus work location.
