Pay: Starting at $18.00/hr- increases with experince. PLUS $2.80/hr night shift differential
Schedule Details:This .9 FTE commits to 36 hours a week; 12 hour Night shifts (7 PM - 7:30 AM) with weekend and holiday rotation. This is not a temporary position. This position will train at Waukesha Memorial Hospital but will report to Mukwonago Hospital upon opening.
The Certified Nursing Assistant provides basic patient care working under the direction of the registered nurse per the ANA standards.
The primary responsibilities of the C.N.A. in this role include:
*Communicate changes in patient situations/conditions that would require notification to the RN. This Performs efficient and effective patient bedside handoffs at shift change using SBAR communication methodologies to communicate patient care activities.
*Assists with patient activities as delegated by the RN including activities of daily living (i.e. dressing, ambulating, toileting, eating, grooming, oral care and bathing.)

Qualifications:
*High School Diploma or GED preferred
*Current American Heart Association (AHA)Basic Life Support Certification (BLS CPR) required
*Active/expired Certified Nursing Assistant on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
*Prior experience as a C.N.A. is preferred
