Description

Under the direction of the Nation Fleet Support Manager, the National Fleet Support Specialist is responsible for serving as a liaison between the JX locations and the National Fleet team - which involves providing a high level of communication with customers and co-workers, providing superior customer service, research various OEM programs for customer savings, aiding the product placement, preparing sales orders, submit for concessions and support functions related to the parts departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders in coordination with the National Fleet Support Manager

  • Confirming all information related to the sales order is correct - ship to , PO# etc

  • Effectively communicating timely customer communications can be made email, chat or call

  • Provide effective communication to customers regarding their backorders and pending orders

  • Work closely with PPFS and the National Fleet Support Manager to create new programs

  • Aid PDFS in field support for their key accounts

  • Provide support to parts for Multiserve discrepancies.

  • Schedule and execute a sales call

  • All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Three (3) years of related automotive or heavy-duty parts experience is preferred.

  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Windows. Must possess demonstrated skills in computer-generated business systems.

  • Dependable and reliable attendance required.
