- Leading a team of engineers to deliver innovative solutions
- Identify risk & conduct migration action planning
- Daily huddles to figure out course of action
- Partner with Sr. Project Managers
- Pair Programming
- Advice with innovation
- Develop a leading software used to help children!

- 5yrs of Software Development Experience
- Recent development with Ruby on Rails
- Test Environments with Rspec
- History of developing new API's
- Used to teaming up with Project Managers, Design & other relative departments
- Experience/Working Knowledge with React
- Willing to learn/use Java down the line
- Prior Industry Knowledge is a HUGE PLUS(HIPPA Compliance)
- MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER - We work in a team environment who handles sensitive information...
