Summary: The eCommerce specialist will be responsible for maintaining the company website, customer service of internet orders, and other marketing duties as detailed below.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following:

* Manage day-to-day content of shopsteins.com eComm site. Includes calendaring content/ promotions and maintaining fresh/relevant content on all shop & product pages.

* Manage eComm store for order fulfillment, delivery, and customer satisfaction/complaints with the Warehouse.

* Assist in the development of drop shipping channel and fulfillment, delivery and customer satisfaction/complaints.

* Responsible for calendaring and execution in Constant Contact which may require some graphic design.

* Create and/or assist in analyzing sales & inventory data to evaluate promotions and help create new ones monthly/seasonally.

* Perform administrative functions as needed including gift card fulfillment, copies, mailings, etc.

* Assist in store events.

* Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Employment Requirements:

* At least 1 year working experience in web development

* Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop and Publisher (minimal).

* Ability to do HTML coding and JAVA Script. Willingness to learn other coding languages.

* Working knowledge of Excel.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Analytical skills

* Self-motivated with a positive attitude, work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

* Professional demeanor with ability to lead other team members in process changes or group projects
