The Catering Manager is able to build loyal long term relationships while being "the expert". The manager has a heart for hospitality, attentive and organized nature, caring and courteous actions to ensures our customer's are satisfied.
Catering Manager responsibilities include:
* Work in and be a part of a fast paced restaurant team
Weekly Brand Presentations to build sales
* Genuinely Engage with Our Customers and build Long Term Loyal Relationships
* Maintain an Active Presence at catering events.
* Accurately prepare and submit monthly reports on time
* Administrative duties include: data entry, emails and phone calls.
* Attend and participate in monthly meetings and conference calls.
Intermediate computer skills are required.
