Description

The Lease and Rental Assistant will provide administrative support for the sale of full service truck leasing & rental.

Work Location: In Office, must live in the Milwaukee area

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process and improve trip records, fuel tax billing and missing miles

  • Process billings for non-contractual items, including vehicle repairs, tolls, fuel tax, etc.

  • Backup for basic billings and contract maintenance to Lease and Rental customers using company software

  • Answer general phone calls and assist customers with billing questions and finding available vehicles, and sales professionals to assist them

  • Assist with various operation and accounting issues, including reconciliations, creating POs, and journal entries

  • Work with other departments to resolve issues

  • Clerical scanning, uploading, and filing of documents

  • Use multiple software programs daily to perform tasks

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Disciplined, with good organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to interact effectively with challenging customers

  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and focus on follow through

  • Spreadsheet experience preferred

  • Clerical and computer skills required

  • Reliable attendance required

  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and over the phone

  • Able to work with minimal supervision

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
