• 95% Driver retention rate
• Consistent Regional or Home Daily positions available.
• Regional routes - maximum of 3 nights out per week.
• Monday - Friday (No weekends expected).
• Communication - No waiting on hold to speak dispatch.
• Newer Volvo or Mack tractors governed at 70 MPH, with no cameras,
• 2,200 - 2,500 miles per week.
• Average 12-hour days.
• Flexibility on daily start times.
• Drop & Hook freight / No Driver-Touch.
• A family-owned business that believes in doing right by our Drivers.
• Options for both local or regional work.

Qualifications:

• Valid commercial license (CDL-A) required.
• Must have a DOT physical on file, pass substance abuse screening, pre-employment, and random checks.
• Ability to work well with other team members.
• Ability to place safety as a high priority.
• Operate according to all state and federal laws.

Pay and Benefits:

Up to $85,000.00 per year
