We are looking to hire an Account Representative to join our collaborative team at our beautiful, yet casual office environment in Schofield, WI (No remote option). This position provides a flexible part-time Monday - Friday schedule with one 4-hour Saturday shift/month.

Candidates must be able to train full time for a minimum of 2 weeks Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Competitive pay to earn up to $17/hour or more based on experience as well as a monthly bonus! And that's not all! Receive an additional $3.00/hour after 5:00PM and on Saturdays!

What Does an Account Representative Do?

• Proactively make outbound customer service collection calls to existing loan customers on past due accounts all while providing high quality customer service experience and maintaining trustful relationships
• Present financial solutions and negotiate payment plans with customers based on individual needs that meet the goals of both the customer and Aqua Finance
• Organize and track outstanding debt accounts
• Document and track activity on collection accounts

What do I need to be an Account Representative?

• Strong customer service skills highly desired
• Excellent phone, written and listening skills with the ability to work with a spectrum of personalities
• Self-starter who can identify needs and offer potential solutions
• Team player who is flexible and works well under tight deadlines in the face of changing priorities and business needs
• Knowledge of collection techniques or accounts receivable experience helpful, but not necessary
• Previous Accounts Receivable experience helpful
• Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
