The Role

The General Manager (Operations) ("GM") is a senior executive role within MiTek Vietnam which involves overseeing the full production of work from our staff to our customers. Critically, the GM is the conduit between the customer and the GM's team maintaining strong commercial relationships with all customers globally Reporting to the COO, the GM must ensure a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of our customers and continues to grow & develop our staff. Due to continued growth and expansion of customers and their staffing in Vietnam, MiTek Vietnam is recruiting for an additional three GMs in addition to the existing five current positions. The GM (Operations) is a very broad role and specific responsibilities vary between the divisions, the customers, geographic markets, and teams.

• 10 years of experience within the construction or related industry with an in-depth knowledge of global building practices and operations
• Excellent understanding of the operations and capability of construction software relevant to GM's specific division
• Demonstrated exemplary customer service is critical and would include relevant evidential skills including patience, attentiveness, communication, product knowledge, positive language, and time management
