Schedule Details:Ideal candidate will be willing to be available one weekend per month, two Holidays per year along with weekday available to cover for PTO/LOA or high census. This position is PRN and located within a Skilled Nursing Facility.
About Us:
The Department operates two inpatient service locations, one on the Waukesha Memorial Hospital Campus and one at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital. These two locations combine to complete over 1,700 inpatient visits monthly. Clinical staff cares for patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, and medical diagnoses. The department has 13 occupational therapists, and 3 occupational therapy assistants.

This Position Will Offer You:
Evaluates individuals referred for occupational therapy services.Establishes an occupational therapy prognosis, and plan of treatment.Implements OT treatment for patients based on evaluation results and plan of care.Re-assesses the ongoing effects of treatment.Collaborates with and provides consultation to others in care delivery.Supervises occupational therapy assistants and aides.
