The Business Administrative Coordinator will report directly to the Chief Audit Executive and Ethics Officer. This position will provide support for the ethics program as well as some administrative support for the Chief Auditor and team. This individual will utilize their experience in project coordination, updating various documents in accordance with the outlined project plan, assist in creating ethics training materials, track progress, and provide regular updates on the status of all projects. This role requires dealing with sensitive and confidential information and will require strong communication skills, as well as the ability to be accurate, adapt, set priorities, and have a strong attention to detail. Additional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Executes special or continuous research.
  • Assists in developing, delivering, and monitoring training on the ethics program.
  • Interacts with other employees at all levels to gather information and coordinate activities between departments and outside parties.
  • Responds to incoming requests and ensures that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
  • Assist with various administrative activities such as maintaining calendars, processing invoices and expense reports, and handling travel arrangements.

Desired Qualifications

  • Typically, requires a minimum of five years of related experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft applications & expense management system (Concur) required
  • Prior project coordination experience preferred
