Job Description

We have an immediate opening in our Intellectual Property Litigation department for an associate with 2+ years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have IP-specific litigation experience. A technical background is helpful but not required.
Preferred candidates will have:
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, collaboration, and writing skills
- Strong academic background
- JD from an ABA Accredited Law School (required)
- Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
