Job Description
Parexel's FSP division is looking for a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to support the continued growth of our organization. This role reports directly to the Executive Vice President and Global Head of FSP.

This role will lead a global team, overseeing the recruitment and hiring for Parexel's FSP business globally. This includes the design and implementation of data-driven, go-to-market strategies that will attract the industry's top talent across complex and competitive markets. Additionally, there will be a focus on programs to develop and retain talent within Parexel FSP and the broader organization.


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Corporate Talent Acquisition function, FSP leadership, and key stakeholders to hire FTE targets.
  • Develop and implement a talent acquisition and development strategy for FSP to drive growth in global markets and establish Parexel FSP as a predominant player in the FSP Market.
  • Evolve and upgrade recruitment approaches, tactics, technology to broaden the global reach, build a strong talent pool and increase responsiveness to our global partners.
  • Build recruiter capabilities to take advantage of the latest technology and social networking platforms to drive candidates to Parexel FSP.
  • Work closely with all areas of Talent Acquisition to ensure collaboration in key areas (Biometrics) and leverage processes.
  • Establish goals, objectives and track and report on progress towards achieving goals and metrics.
  • Client-facing subject matter expert to support proposal and bid-pursuit development (i.e. country strategy; recruitment and onboard strategy and projections). Includes developing and presenting proposal and bid pursuit content.
  • Client point-of-contact for recruitment and talent-related matters for assigned key accounts.

Business Leadership:
  • Serve as a key strategic partner to Client Directors and Business Unit leadership teams, maintaining a deep understanding of business objectives and translating into Global & Regional talent acquisition objectives
  • Create an environment where there is shared ownership with business leadership around building a culture of hiring top talent in support of achieving company-wide business objectives
  • Increase Parexel FSP brand, working in conjunction with Recruitment Marketing to increase the talent pipeline of candidates
  • Lead retention and development strategies
  • Drive data metrics to ensure open requisitions are filled, and accountability of recruiting team to deliver targets
  • Direct regional policies to ensure recruiting is done to maximize our business profitability

People Leadership:
  • Elevate team to everyday excellence through coaching, developing, and leading through vision and values.
  • Conduct regularly occurring structured 1-to-1 meetings with direct reports with a focus on reviewing progress against goals, challenges, establishing short, mid, and long-term action plans while providing specific, constructive, balanced, timely feedback (as appropriate), in ways that motivate & drive stronger performance/affinity.
  • Conduct Annual or Bi-Annual Skip level meetings with non-direct reports to assess managerial effectiveness across org and apply feedback toward coaching direct reports and operationalizing initiatives to address identified gaps
  • Ensure completion of Annual Performance Reviews, Competency Reviews & Individual Develop Plans while providing ongoing feedback
QualificationsClient Focus:
  • Establish and cultivate strategic, value add relationships with Tier 1 & 2 levels of business leadership and external clients as required
  • Establish, continuously evolve, and present meaningful metrics to business leaders through monthly, quarterly, and or annual reviews that inform of areas in which we excel and where we have the opportunity to improve.
  • Instill a customer-focused, partnership model and approach across the team to ensure delivery of a consistently outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience, maximizing the team's strengths to achieve high performance
  • Work with key business stakeholders and TA Team to develop and oversee the execution of recruitment strategies that enable the engagement and hiring of top talent for business-critical roles in a competitive market
  • Initiate and oversee the production of collateral and content that attracts and drives brand reputation amongst top industry talent.
Qualifications:
  • Global recruiting experience leading CRO FSP Talent Acquisition preferred; consulting, professional services, and or tech services environments also viable
  • Experience/exposure in clinical development
  • Experience working within global, matrix organizations preferred
  • Experience and understanding of global FSP recruiting dynamics, policies and business dynamics preferred
  • Proven track record of success in leading talent acquisition for a large business or sub-function for a market.
  • Experience developing and executing short, mid, and long-term, data-driven strategies that yield top talent in competitive markets
  • Has led recruiting teams of approx. 25+ directs resources
  • Broad business management and leadership knowledge with a strong ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Thrive in complex environments and manage and bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
  • Min 10 Years related Talent Acquisition Experience
  • Min 6 years people management experience
