Schedule Details:Covering hours of operation between 0700-1930 (7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.) Currently looking to fill 0830-1700, 0900-1730 and 0930-1800 and 1100-1930 M-F and Saturday rotation 8-12 approx. every 10 weeks

As a member of the high performing Patient Access Team, this role provides the critical first point of contact with patients and potential patients to ProHealth Care. We are looking for team members who are comfortable taking the initiative to provide a world class service experience to callers.
Our call center is a dynamic work environment where professionals are given the opportunity and tools to use initiative and problem solving skills to get the caller (whether internal or external) exactly what they need, as quickly as possible, on the first call. Patient Access Schedulers must possess the ability to adapt their approach to assist each caller appropriately, based on the caller's individual needs. This includes the ability to communicate in a courteous and professional manger and demonstrating empathy while utilizing appropriate soft skills. The Patient Access Scheduler supports patient care delivery and management of the following processes: appointment scheduling, cancelling/rescheduling of appointments, handling patients who are no shows for appointments, referrals for clinical symptoms triage, prescription refill requests, provider referrals, future appointment outreach, wait list management and population health outreach. This role continuously provides world class customer service in a high volume setting (approximately 80-120 inbound calls per shift). Schedulers provide a communication link between patients and care teams through the use of protocols, facility information, personnel lists, and relevant department policies and procedures. They are continually looking for new and better ways to assist their customers, and they strive to never settle for less than the best service.
