Schedule Details:7/70 schedule Wednesday - Tuesday 1100 - 2100

What You Will Do:

Plant Operator monitors all central mechanical systems, such as boilers, Chillers, HVAC units, water softeners, snow melt, medical gas, plumbing, emergency power systems and associated equipment supporting ProHealth Care buildings. Performs PM's and repair's on selected equipment and building systems, along with the buildings themselves. Monitors building automation system and responds to alarms. Works within the TMS program and dispatches work orders. Assists contractors and other department staff.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Boiler Operations, Building Systems and Maintenance
  • ASOPE - Power Plant Operating Engineer / thrid class or Facilities Operating Engineer / second class OR NIUPE- Power Engineer / third class preferred
