As a Bader Rutter Copywriter, you will be asked to sell and celebrate all sorts of goods and services so your curiosity will be critical to making your work sing with relevance. Some may phone it in, but not you; you go beyond the obvious to find the amazing, the fresh, the words that earn the attention of your audiences. You know greatness doesn't lie in the writing, but in the singular, strategic, relentless application of rewriting.

You are a writer, but you also have excellent verbal and interpersonal skills that help your ideas sell when they are still in their raw form. You can juggle multiple assignments, prioritizing intelligently so you never miss a deadline. You partner well, elevate the team with your skills and enthusiasm, and truly care about the quality of the final product, both its craft and market effectiveness.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Four to seven years of copywriting experience and a site that proves you know how to turn strategies into compelling content
• Experience writing for all digital mediums including websites, apps, social channels, email and video. Experience with traditional mediums or other platforms a plus
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• A strong work ethic. You know 'good enough' rarely is. At least, not for you
• You have a great skill set now, but you're relentless about looking for mentors and experiences that will expand your career
