PURPOSE:

This position is responsible for coordinating the day to day activities of the Ride Operators ensuring excellent guest service is given at all times.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Provide leadership to employees emphasizing safety, cleanliness and guest service
• Ensure safe operation of all rides
• Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Set up ride rotation boards for each shift
• Answer guest questions efficiently
• Provide direction to associates regarding schedule, breaks and ride rotation
• Ensure that employees are complying with company policy and procedure
• Assist with communicating and documenting employee performance concerns
• Ensure overall cleanliness and safety of the work area
• Will perform the job of Ride Operator when needed

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

• May provide support in other work areas as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned

PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years post secondary education preferred
• At least 2 years guest service related experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
