Our Department MissionThe goal of the finance organization is to provide timely, accurate, and valuable financial insights to the business to help achieve the organizations strategic goals. We are a fast-paced, high growth team that partners daily with all functional areas of the business. ObjectivesThe primary function of this position is to assist in the development, consolidation, tracking and reporting of the operating forecasts and budgets. Interaction with sales, marketing, and operations is essential. Support business unit general managers in understanding the profitability in running their business (Includes proformas, profitability analysis, and variance analysis)Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews that incorporate sales trend, operational performance and fixed expense analysis with senior leadership teamAssist in the design/development of a rolling quarterly forecast and budget related to business unit activitiesAssist in the monthly development of a demand planning forecast to aid in production schedulingSupport tracking for various customer programs and marketing initiatives Work with operations and other customers on proformas, projects, and other analytics requiredProvide necessary back up to the financial planning & analysis teamBecome proficient in Financial Systems and serve has a resident expertAssist in the identification and evaluation of capital projects aimed at improving financial performanceServe has a change agent in process design/implementation
