Job Description

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 9 months

Description:

The Enterprise Programs team has an exciting opportunity to assist the Testing Manager, to coordinate and run the End to End (E2E) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Major Release Cycles. The team has recently expanded the scope of responsibilities and is working to streamline the corporate UAT process. This includes taking on more technology stacks, more teams, and find more ways to continuously improve the existing process. The UAT Coordinator will be responsible for communication between testers, IT, and appropriate stakeholders; ensure that test cases are loaded in the QA tool correctly and executed in a timely manner; and manage defect tracking and resolution.

Responsibilities:

Key Deliverables

- Communications - mainly announcements to a large group of stakeholders

- Facilitate daily status and defect meetings

- Report generation and analysis

- Training new testers to the process

- Support with test cases as needed - making sure they are in the tool, and running correctly (does not include writing test cases)

- Following up with testers who are behind schedule

- Facilitating the go/no-go process at the end of the cycles

- Participating in regular lessons learned exercises



Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

Critical

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to form partnerships and relationships amongst cross-functional teams

- Proficiency in Excel

- Facilitation or coordination experience within small teams

- Continuous improvement mindset - ability to be able to articulate the need for change and come up with ideas on how to get there.

- Persistence and ability to drive tasks to closure

Preferred:

- Experience with HPALM

- Experience with QA processes

- Experience with Jira

- Project Management or Coordination skills a plus

- Reporting analysis a plus
