Shift Supervisor Position Summary: Burger King Shift Supervisors demonstrate leadership skills in leading the Team Members, ensuring that each customer visit consistently results in friendly and personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment.
Responsibilities:
Provides leadership to Team Members to ensure consistent guest satisfaction.
Direction of Team Member shift duties.
Assist with financial controls and operations.
Maintain compliance within the scope of an assigned shift.
Has full accountability for restaurant operations during assigned shift when management is not present.
