ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions is looking for a Virtual Sourcer!

The Corporate/IT Sourcer is responsible for driving all aspects of the candidate sourcing and generation. This position will do all sourcing and screening for IT position such as software engineering, data base admins, ops developers, software architects, help desk associate, tech support, etc. This involves creating and implementing complex sourcing strategies, utilizing multiple methods and tools for technical positions. This is a long term virtual contract opportunity, that will support Central Standard Time.

What you need:
* 2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience
* Strong with passive sourcing, networking, and strategic thinking
* Experience developing & implementing creative sourcing strategies
* Polished communication skills and experience taking part in intake meetings with hiring managers
* History of meeting tight deadlines and generating high quality candidates
