Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plant 3 manufactures carpet padding and production employees are performing various responsibilities in the plant. It could be sweeping, material handling or basic machine operation. They padding comes out formed as one large log, where it is loaded onto a machine the cuts it to about an inch thick, and they rolls it back up. From there the roll is shrink wrapped and loaded into a truck.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVE:1) Good attitude - must be able to take orders from anyone - whether it be someone in the same position as them or any lead or supervisor - the last person was let go because they only listened to the Plant Managers

2) Perfect attendance - must verify with references that this person has never been late or called in sick within their first 90 days - must also verify this person will never ask to leave early becasue they can't work the unexpected shifts-must commit to staying until the job is done every day

3) ability to lift 75lbs and be on their feet 11-12 hours a day

4) Must be available to work all overtime hours
