Position Summary: It's an exciting time to be a part of the Recover Care team - we are growing! We offer private-pay services for clients seeking extended hours of care. Your skills will be put into action to: * Focus on the unique needs of our clients and their families * Make a difference together using skill, hard work, and an affinity for learning, laughter, and goodwill * Make everyday living easier and more comfortable for our clients * Help allow our clients to remain in their home longer and gain independence This position is responsible for: Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) deliver direct client cares under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This role plays a key role in honoring clients' rights and providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on client experience. * Assistance with personal cares including bathing, dressing, grooming & hair washing * Perform light household services essential to health care at homes, such as laundry, bed making, and cleaning * Providing other delegated nursing tasks (including medication administration) * Participate in on-going educational opportunities * Demonstrate compassion and empathy for clients and families and accepts the emotional needs of clients Requirements* Minimum of 18 years of age with High School Degree or Equivalent* Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the Wisconsin Registry required* Ability to read, write, and speak the English language* Proficiency in using mobile technology* Completion of Recover Care's competency testing (written exam and demonstration of delegated tasks)* Passion to serve the aging population, demonstrating strong customer service skills at all timesIf you have any further questions, call our Middleton office at (608) 535-8000Safety for our employees and clients is our priority!
