- Board Certified Radiology Required
- Fluoroscopy procedures, plain films, computerized tomography (CT) scans, and ultrasound
- Wisconsin license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Letter of Qualification Required
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
