BDC Sales Job DescriptionRacine Toyota is looking to grow our Internet Sales team! As an internet sales representative at Racine Toyota, you will be responsible for lead generation activities in support of the company's sales goals. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, goal-oriented and portray excellent customer service skills. Midweek hours until 7pm and rotating Saturdays. Full or part time availability.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Answer ALL incoming phone calls according to a pre-set script, and schedule sales appointments Contact internet clients via e-mail and phone to schedule a sales appointment Log ALL customer comments and information into CRM Answer customer's product questions Schedule service appointments and order parts as needed Update customer status changes in the database. Communicate with other departments on the status of customer's buying process Forward ANY customers concerns to the correct department Manager and follow-up Job Requirements Pleasant and engaging phone persona Dealership experience preferred Call Center experience a plus Bi-Lingual is a plus Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results Must be at least 18 years of age Willing to submit a pre-employment drug screen and background check ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS until 4/30/2021L3
