Your efforts will ultimately help our clients get more organized and automated so they can grow sales while working less than ever before.Now for all the details... You: You will work with a personable team of customer service specialist supporting our flagship Software-as-a-Service product. You will interact with customers to train, coach, troubleshoot and resolve questions over the phone, by email and online chat or by using remote computer access software from within a comfortable, energetic and collaborative environment (super relaxed office setting).In this thought-provoking support role, you will respond timely and efficiently to various software questions including how-to's, data entry and general functionality inquiries from our national customer base. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly decipher the customer's needs, come up with the best solution, and then clearly communicate that solution to the customer.Responsibilities: Excellent communication skills A 'Go Above and Beyond' customer focus attitude Strong organizational skills Capable of multitasking Passion for trouble-shooting challenges Patience to work with users at many technological levels Ability to prioritize, problem-solve and meet deadlines Knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred experience in a customer service or similar position The following experience and skills will boost your success in this high-energy role... 2+ years managing a portfolio of accounts, preferred (SaaS account management a plus) Organized, detail-oriented individual capable of meeting short-deadline goals on a daily basis Ability to prioritize the most important activities daily in order to maximize time spent on each account Strong written and oral communication skills A team player who performs well independently Ability to multitask, take direction and execute with precision Must be a confident, adaptable self-starter who thrives in an empowered, fast-paced environment Us: Since 1996, MarketSharp has offered the most innovative marketing and management system for the home improvement industry on the market.
