This opportunity offers:
- Immediate start as soon as credentialed- ongoing
- Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 3:30pm; no call required
- Must be available for at least 1 week at a time, and at least 2 weeks per month
- General anesthesia cases only
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR):EPIC
- Board Certified; Active Wisconsin license
